My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered. Through Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will work with you to reach your therapeutic goals. Each step is tailored to your unique journey, ensuring a path to healing that resonates with your personal experience.

How do we measure progress?
To measure progress in therapy, reflect on your initial goals and note changes in your mood, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships over time. Keeping a journal can help you track shifts in your emotional responses and patterns. Regularly discuss your perceptions with your therapist, who may also use standardized assessment tools to evaluate progress.
How much is a session?
Individuals – $200 per session
Couples – $225 per session

Kristin Neff, PhD, earned her bachelor’s in communication studies from UCLA and her doctorate in moral development from UC Berkeley. During her graduate studies, Dr. Neff developed an interest in Buddhism and self-compassion. She pioneered research on self-compassion, creating a theory and measurement scale over 20 years ago. Dr. Neff has authored numerous articles and is considered a leading scholar in the field, with over 5,000 studies conducted on self-compassion since her groundbreaking work in 2003. Katie D’ath is a cognitive behavioral therapist specializing in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. She trained in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Goldsmiths College. With over 15 years in private practice, Katie balances working with individuals and advancing her mission to make evidence-based treatment accessible. She co-authored Managing CBT with OCD for Dummies and runs a popular YouTube channel, offering practical content to help people become their own therapists and manage OCD and anxiety.
